If our attempt to charge your credit card fails, we will notify you by email immediately.
We won’t immediately cancel your service, but we need you to determine why the credit card is failing by contacting your credit card issuer and taking action to maintain your service. Over a period of a few days, we will attempt to charge you again, sending email notices to you after any failure.
If you don’t take action, your subscription will be downgraded to Haste Rewards until you can make other arrangements for payment.
